Previewing the Cathedral Arts Festival Gala.

Grace Van Vorst hosts the 19th annual Cathedral Arts Festival commencing with their gala May 10th, 2008. Hudson County's oldest arts festival, it showcases emerging and established local artists, raises money and awareness for the Cathedral's community programs and reminds everyone there's no sin in flaunting your finest clothes, astute taste and ostentatious displays of wealth when it benefits the soul of the city. As it does, May 10th, 2008. (Also, you can taste our brownie-ganache brownies.)

Highlights among the dozens of auction items this year include participation from City Vino, Light Horse Tavern and Edward's Steakhouse, Club H Fitness, VIP audience tickets to several ABC shows, and a yacht cruise with a New Jersey politician. A good one, really!

And we're still open to donations. The money raised benefits outreach including Grace Van Vorst's weekend breakfast program for the community's less fortunate. The Cathedral Arts Festival gala takes place at Grace Church Van Vorst, 39 Erie Street, Jersey City, NJ. Tickets are $25 - $40 in advance, $50 at the door.
