Hell's Kitchen al fresco hamburger news you can use.

Last time we spotted it was under plywood on Eater in March, but now that our blog is again making base in Hell's Kitchen we couldn't help but notice last night the plywood was down on 5 Napkin Burger at the corner of 9th Avenue and 45th Street. According to the restaurant's Craigslist posting, they're opening Monday with liquor license and outdoor seating.
