Following up on yesterday's pop-up rundown, we forgot to mention the return of the pop-up restaurant, the Bon Appetit Supper Club & Cafe which hasn't yet announced its two-week spread of October dates, finding an unadulterated place for itself between the New York City Wine & Food Festival, Gourmet Institute and Tastings NYC. The supper club has announced one aspect of its event however, its line-up of this year's chefs. Cat Cora and Claudia Flemming this year return but without Emeril Lagase, Will Goldfarb, Michael Mina, Govind Armstrong, Michel Richard or Giada De Laurentis. Instead its a more low key crew of Pichet Ong, Johnny Iuzzini, Dean Fearing, Steve Olsen and Jonathan Lindenauer who are on board to serve sandwiches and sign books. With Fourplay not out before Christmas, who will be signing whose books is anyone's guess.
