So, this afternoon at 2pm, we all know Dessert Truck suspects they're not going to appear on a show called Food Roadies, but rather a bread pudding based Throwdown with Bobby Flay. Well turns out they're more right than they know. You know how anyone wanting to be in the audience was asked to contact jeanne@orderup.tv? If you search that e-mail address you're taken to a month-old post from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel informing people to contact the same e-mail if they want to be in the audience for a Food Network Holiday Harvest Thanksgiving Special airing November 20th. A devout Christian blogger who could tell no lies commented on the post outing the show focusing on Mukwonago Farm Bakery's apple pie as a Throwdown and provided background and pictures from the set. So for any area chefs asked to have their fans reach out to casting at orderup.tv, you've got an advantage. (By the way, today's challenge is the third episode this season to tape in the five boroughs, so if you're in Queens or the Bronx, you may be next!)
